Scholarships

We are pleased to offer five scholarships for Year 7 entry:

  • Academic
  • Art
  • Drama
  • Music
  • Sport

The deadline for scholarship application is Wednesday 13 November 2025. The completed form, with all the required documentation is required for your application to be valid. The value of a scholarship is 20% of the tuition fees, and all scholarships are subject to terms and conditions. Auditions and assessments will be held over Wednesday 3 December through to Friday 5 December 2025, an if necessary, some may take place early January 2026.

More information on the applications:

  • Academic: Entrance Examination results are reviewed by the Headmistress, who will then award Academic Scholarships
  • Art: Your daughter must show an interest in art or photography and be active in these fields either in or out of school. Your daughter must have a selection of work ready to show at the interview, and she will also be
    asked to draw from observation at the interview. Please enclose a reference from your daughter’s current art teacher with your application. References must be enclosed for your application to be valid.
  • Drama: Your daughter must have shown some interest in, and have participated in, drama productions/activities, either in school or outside. Please state the list of productions/activities in which your
    daughter has participated. References must be enclosed for your application to be valid.
  • Music: Your daughter must be working towards, or have at least grade 4 standard, on one or more instruments at the time of application. Auditions are by invitation only, on the dates above. References must be enclosed for your application to be valid.
  • Sport: Your daughter should be deemed to be an exceptional performer by current school PE staff and have experience in her chosen sport; please also inform us of any representation at a regional, county or country
    level. In order to consider an application we request that the following information be submitted with your application:  A letter detailing sporting achievements and training programme, including the sport and level achieved and a reference from your daughter’s current coach or teacher. References must be enclosed for your application to be valid.
